How does our Resend Policy work?
If you meet any of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resend you a new package:
Size Problem
If you believe the items you received do not fit you, please provide us with pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay a small postage fee for resending, and we will arrange a new shipment for you.
Logistics Exception
If your package is beyond the normal transit time and the online tracking shows an Alert or an Expired status, please feel free to contact us. We will then resend you the package immediately at no extra cost.
Customs Hold Or Loss
If the package is lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof. After confirmation, we will resend the package to you for free to ensure you receive it.
